"All good"

"very nice property"

"The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to...

"There are no rooms having beach view also beach at the other part and that too not lighted up properly and is dull as compared to adjoining Baga and Candolim beaches .The images posted are not chronoligical order pasted from here and there and made so don't completely rely on that"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"

"Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."

"Breakfast, ambience, polite and co operative staff. Exceptional behaviour and listening ability of Ms. Mani."

"The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor."

"Great"

"Needs new mattresses give me back pain!!!"

"I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon."

"初めてのインド旅で不安なこともありましたがホテルスタッフ全ての方がとても親切に対応してくれました。今までの旅行で一番と言って良いほど印象に残る素敵なホテルでした。6泊滞在しましたが毎日気持ち良く過ごせます。レストランやバーも美味しくて滞在中も多く利用しました。 素敵な思い出になりました。 ホテルスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。"

"Very good place to stay! Clean, great service and the Staff couldn’t do enough for me during my entire stay. Very good selection for breakfast and dinner. Recommend it highly. Howard "

"We stayed here as it was in Arambol and I wanted to go there. The hotel seems new and was very clean and the rooms were very nice. There is a pool but it is very small. It was over 25 minute walk to Arambol beach in the hot sun. We walked down to Arambol beach and walked back to Mandrem beach and then to the hotel. It was only 15 minutes to Mandrem, so it would be better to go there instead. But there is nothing really near the hotel if you don't want to do these walks. So you really need...
