"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. "Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "

"In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️ "

Amazing staff and hotel

"The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent"

"My eight and four year old kids loved the pool, the food … and so did my wife and I. Above all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a delightful peaceful retreat after our somewhat stressful travels in India with kids. We could relax in the well kept gardens and pristine pool. The hotel itself is charming. It honors and reflects all of the diverse cultural influences shaping Goa. Parts of the old Portuguese house over which the hotel was built have been tastefully preserved and it’s heritage highlighted with colorful tiles. "
