Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

The rooms were clean, the amenities were good and the food was great. All the staff from receptionists, cleaners, servers, cooks, bar people were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. A big thankyou to Samishka, Sangtea, Faki and Mona Lisa for taking their time to ask us about our day and a general chat. Thanks to all.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Absolutely dreadful experience. The rooms were old, dirty, musty, and covered in mould… hardly the standard anyone would expect from a property associated with Marriott. The “high tea” was a complete joke; it felt more like a fly buffet than a tea service, with flies swarming all over the food. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking. From the accommodations to the dining experience, everything felt neglected and subpar. This was nowhere near the Marriott standards we’ve come to expect and was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
