Specifically, Talib during the graveyard shift was extremely helpful and kind, offering great solutions to a late night issue and using compassion to do so, and i think her name was Bailne (that's who my receipt was printed by) in the morning who handles the entire breakfast service and all front desk tasks solo. You two are the real MVPs!"

"We had a wonderful stay here with Chelley. The place was so clean and perfect for what we needed. Honestly it was better than what we could have imagined. Chelley was very kind and welcoming, and the neighborhood was just the cherry on top! We walked by horses, cows, and sheep just down the street. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This simple, clean, and roomy cabin was the perfect spot for exploring Lassen and the immediate area with the family. It had all the basic requirements needed for cooking meals after a day of fun. The pizza place in Shingletown is great, too. The spa was very welcome after strenuous hikes. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well stocked. The washer and dryer kept our towels and bathing suits clean and dry. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for evening walks with the dog. Wish we would have brought the kids’ bikes. The WIFI works great, cellular not so good if you have ATT. I highly recommend this place for your Lassen adventure. "
