"Jean’s place was as described and more. It’s perfect for our family getaway with 2 9 year olds and my 70 year mother. The house was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Everything felt like it was within 20 minutes from the house - downtown Manitou was within walking distance, Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch- all super close. We absolutely plan on coming back here again! "

"We enjoyed our stay in Manitou, and the location and cleanliness of the house. We loved the scenery around the property and liked being able to see all the visitors walking by below on their way to the Cog railway and Manitou incline. The hot tub was lovely and as 4 adults traveling together we loved that all 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Highly unusual and very appreciated. Definitely recommend. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very small, but worked just fine for two adults and a 12 year old (she slept on the provided folding twin mattress). The deck in the back overlooking the river was a great feature! We didn't really use the kitchen, but it looked like it was well stocked. The dedicated parking space was great to have, especially since it took only a couple of minutes to walk to the main part of town. There's also a free shuttle stop right by the unit, although things were so walkable we didn't really use it. "
