Beautiful cottage with pool & WIFI for 5 people

Montserrat is a restored stone country house located in the outskirts of the village of "Sant Llorenç des Cardassar". The house has 120 square meters of living space on two floors.
The ground floor features a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The living room is connected directly to a rustic kitchen, which features a dishwasher. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and private access to the pool area.
Overall, the house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, all located on the first floor. The upper floor has a second bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a terrace high above the ground where there is a small "Sofreix" or traditional pool of 4m x 3m and depth of 0.7 - 2m, safe for children and sun loungers and parasols.
The place is completely quiet and is ideal for rest. The nearest beaches, such Cala Millor or Costa de los Pinos, are located about 10-15 minutes by car.
The owners of this lovely Mallorcan house, Rosa and Montserrat, live in the adjoining property, so they are always there when their customers need something and often given away to guests with typical Mallorcan products.
