"Rooms are small with tiny bathrooms. Staff are very helpful but construction occurring on the street in front of the hotel makes more difficult walking at Access."

"The host did not provide responses to my requests for check in information until less than 24 hours before check in. I thought I had been scammed so I contacted Expedia and they told me I had to wait and keep trying to reach the host. My husband finally got him on the phone and he gave us check in information. The property just was not clean. There was no shower curtain on the shower upstairs and so water splashed everywhere. There was a towel for each guest but they stunk like mildew or cat pee. There was no dish towel in the kitchen, No coffee maker although there was a suspicious jar of potentially instant coffee. Didn’t look clean. There was no dishwasher and only one trash bag in the small kitchen bin. We were a family of ten people so this felt wildly inadequate for a 3 night stay especially since the wheelie bin outside was also full. The bathroom downstairs had a shower installed next to the toilet and the floor was linoleum and clearly bubbling up from water seeping underneath it from the shower. There was no squeegee or mop to move the water so you had to slosh through it to use the toilet that shares the same space. There was no hair dryer and no iron/ironing board, Also not even a simple broom and dustpan. We wanted to keep the place clean but nothing was available to do so. Would NOT recommend. Only good points were distance to the city center, plenty of parking, and a quiet neighborhood. Also there is no hot tub although Expedia said there was. Poor management!"

"Room was clean, bathroom freshly painted, but patchy. Shower drain was blocked. Breakfast served late, so we left at 7am with just few pastries packed in paper bags. No coffee, no juice. There's nothing to do around or look at. The new build village was constructed recently around. There's COOP store which saved us, as there's no dinner at the hotel."
