"We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Montecarlo very much. The bed was comfortable and there was a wardrobe for our things. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of restaurants and local shops everywhere. We took the local water taxi the day of our arrival and the hotel arranged a private water taxi for us which was a short distance to the back of the property. Highly recommend the Hotel Montecarlo."

"Convenient to St. Marks Square. We enjoyed having a drink on at the bar and watching the gondola's park for the evening. We also enjoyed watching them prep to depart in the AM. The hotel let us leave our bags after check-out so we could tour the Doges Palace. Breakfast was good."

"A lovely experience. It was great to relax and unwind away from the tourist hot spots whilst still being amongst it all. The pool was great and the choice of foods for the breakfast buffet was plentiful."
