"Helpful and early check in. Nice clean room. Did not need any extras. However, the pillows (3 per bed) were not comfortable. All too firm & kind of lumpy. The beds were okay & the linens good. The fridge was noisy enough to have to unplug it in the night, sounded like snoring. The breakfast was very good, staff attentive, clean area."

"We enjoyed staying at the Bucksport Inn. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and it was convenient to Fort Knox, The Observatory as well as other seaside towns. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others."

"Nice size breakfast room with ability to gather in groups larger than 2 or 4. BUT I feel the trash bags should have been removed from the room daily even if the room was serviced only every 3 days."

"Our stay was welcoming and comfortable. Hampton staff are very accommodating and rooms are spacious. Had everything we needed for a overnight stay and right next to many stores and restaurants. Actually forgot $20 in atm machine and the wonderful front desk staff checked it out and retrieved it for me. For that alone I would keep going back."

"This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. "

"An eclectic property in terms of design and layout, but charming in it's own right, very clean and professionally run. Good fitness room, outdoor pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was done very well, with lots of choice and attentive staff keeping all replenished and in order."
