"Staff was friendly. Close to airport. Clean. However, we booked this hotel mainly because of the free airport shuttle that was offered. Our first day, my husband returned our rental car but had to use an Uber to get back to the Bangor Grande because there was no one to drive the shuttle. However, we did have service the next day. So, the shuttle service may not be reliable. No coffee maker in room, no fridge and no free breakfast (although we were aware of this last point.) Restaurant on...
"First of all, I was charged $25 for a 3rd person so I asked about a roll away bed and that was also an extra $25 and the rate of the room was already overpriced as it was! The room smelled moldy, definitely needs to have an overhaul on this property everything was outdated."
"The Quality Inn is the perfect place for us when we have medical appointments and procedures we have to travel for. The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good and the coffee is always on so no matter what time I get up to leave or how late it is I can always get a cup."
"We found the room to be very clean and tidy with a great bathroom, comfortable beds, and the microwave and fridge were a nice addition to help us cut down on meal expenses. The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant to speak with, and we LOVED the kitties in the welcome area! I would definitely stay at Baxter Park Inn again and would have no hesitation recommending it to others."
"There is not much choice for places to stay in the area. This is pretty much on par for the other places I've stayed. Very old and dated. Beds super uncomfortable but overall the place was tidy. The price was high for the quality but consistent with the area. It worked for a place to sleep before a long day of hiking."
"We planned an Aug '26 trip to Maine months in advance from Florida. Expedia or the rental Mgr requires a credit card to hold the room. Our schedule changed in May '26, so I cancelled the room. On Friday evening 8/7, we get a call from the Mgr wondering where we are. We relayed that we canceled the booking months ago. We were still charged for the nights' stay. This is a fraudulent charge & no way to run a business. Be careful if you have to use your cc to hold a room, then have to cancel."
