"Breakfast was lacking choices and not sure if the eggs came out of a can. The walls between the rooms were very thin; i could hear conversations from rooms on both sides. Otherwise I would definitely stay again."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff wasn’t outright rude, they were far from welcoming or accommodating, which made the overall experience feel impersonal from the start. The property itself is extremely outdated. The hallways were dim, worn, and honestly unsettling—they felt more like something out of a horror movie than a place meant for guests to feel comfortable. The room didn’t offer much relief either. The pillows were overly soft and mushy, providing little to no support, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.What was most concerning, however, was the lack of basic safety measures. The windows in the room did not have locks. While I was on the third floor, this is still a serious safety oversight and not something guests should have to worry about.The “continental breakfast” was another major letdown. It was advertised as an amenity, but the options were extremely limited just waffles, coffee, juice, and a few basic cereals. It did not meet expectations at all and feels misleading to promote it as a highlight.Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, even that experience was frustrating. I was initially told to wait at Gate C35, only to find out it was under construction and had to relocate to Gate C3. During this process, the staff over the phone were not helpful or patient. Instead of assisting, they rushed me, despite the fact that I was unfamiliar with the area and traveling from out of state."

"Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. No one is walking there, so charging $30 a night for self parking is crazy to me. Anyway, it is a gorgeous hotel, we had an atrium view room which we paid extra for. We had some food from the sports bar, it was decent, nothing to write home about. "
