"A clean modern hotel with restaurants open until 11:30PM attached by tunnel walkway to terminal 4--about 5 minute walk away. If you have a flight from another terminal you will need to take a shuttle train from terminal 4. The walk / elevator / train combination can take as much as 45 minutes--but this Hilton is almost half the price of the Hilton in terminal 2 and similarly comfortable and elegant."

"We were only there for 8 hours before leaving for Heathrow but the room was clean, ac was working, bed was really comfortable and staff offered breakfast boxes as we were leaving before the breakfast service (didn’t have them but nice that they offered). Location was very easy across the street to the tube station and a couple of stops to the terminal."

"The hotel in connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow BUT it is a long covered walk (after a train ride and elevator ride from other terminals). The staff was great! I had an early flight and they told me the train doesn't start that early so they WALKED me to the bus stop and let me know it was safe to wait there. The hotel is about an hour from the tourist attractions and the trains run frequently but try and avoid rush hour. The room was very good-clean and large enough for at least 2. I would stay there again."

"Breakfast was good... better than out later stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. No big fancy lobby or usual larger check in desk, but modern smaller table with staff. They were already there and helpful. Pool was really nice. We his dinner there too twice and the food was excellent. The Bream worth veg. And beetroot lemon? Computer was amazing!!! Although beam was on the smaller side for a serving of fish at this price, but done well. Hot chocolate was nice and 'cocoay' . Good location for heading to kew gardens and into london. Great start to our vacation.!"
