"We stayed here as part of a longer trip. The rooms were recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, the service was excellent! Anything we needed, they took care of quickly. Extra pillows, utensils, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here if stopping in Montrose! "

"Hotel was under construction, only the 3rd floor is available for occupancy. But everything worked fine and the room is very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good even thought it’s not their regular breakfast because of the construction. "

"Great location and friendly staff but our room was not thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning staff was very friendly but they were not equipped with the right supplies to properly clean the room. For example the room had not been vaccumed and the cleaning staff did not have one with them. Staff was friendly when they were there but we had an issue of our key card not working and an off duty staff member was the only person able to help us. If we didn't see them we would have been locked out of our room for at least an hour. Not great."
