"The staff here are so nice and very helpful. The room was awesome and we enjoyed all the amenities (lighted, de-fogging mirror in the bathroom, heating light by the shower, etc). It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel."

I didn’t love the parking situation (you have to park in a lot or garage nearby and walk your stuff down the street) but it’s not the hotel’s fault that they are located in a pedestrian-only area. Perfect for a touristy stay in Salem! "
