"You can't find a more central location to explore Salem! And that is just where the awesomeness begins; The staff is maybe the most friendly & helpful I've encountered & the rooms are cool, clean & comphy. Would absolutely stay again & recommend to anyone coming to Salem :) "

"Unfortunately, this property is currently under renovations, and as a result should not be charging full price for the rooms. The staff were apologetic and very nice. However, the room had a dishwasher with standing water in it, the lights flickered in the bathroom, which please note it does not have an outlet for styling your hair or plugging in your toothbrush, and the towel rack when I placed my towel on it, fell off of the wall. The HVAC in the room was impossible to control, and as a result, the room was incredibly hot, and thankfully the windows opened at least a few inches. I would only recommend staying there after the place has been renovated and as a last resort."
