"Clean but not pristine because room is serviced every 3 days unless requested otherwise. We were only given clean towels every day in a bag hung on our door handle. Our trash was minimal but stayed in the room till serviced. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Could barely hear street noise and absolutely nothing from neighboring rooms. BBC was the only TV channel in English with repetitive global news highlights that got annoying "

"Used this hotel as home base in Kyushu, 10 minute walk to Hakata station, 2 minute walk to main street. Basically where you need to be but without street noise😉 This hotel offers all the amenities you need as well as nice sized rooms. Will definitely return on my next Japan vacay."
