"I love everything about this hotel, and it was my 3rd time there. The only problem was my air conditioner didn ’t work . It was 35degree outside , and my room was hot like a sauna . I gave feedback to one of the staff, she said it was just like that. Truly hope the management can fix the air conditioner soon."

"Very conveniently located/ near everything. We came in on the overnight ferry, and we brought our luggage over without problems. We also took advantage of their lobby cafe. We only had a short stay in Fukuoka but we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods nearby."

"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."

"The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant on the 4th floor had beautiful views but the selection of food was very limited. I didn’t like that my ocean view room had a view of another building and a small part of ocean view to the side. Also an airport shuttle would be great. Overall we really like this hotel and will be coming back in the future."
