The hotel is very good, the staff were very attentive and has multiple on site facilities, the let down is the Tenjin area which was crowded, noisy and not as clean as other areas I have stayed in.

Nishitetsu Grand is a bit dated in terms of design. But it shines in other areas. Clean, relatively spacious rooms (standard twin rooms) and in a convenient location. Happy to return here when I'm back in Fukuoka.
