"This is a wonderful family run chalet hotel with fantastic views and a great kitchen! Make sure to ask for a larger room, most rooms are rather small for American standards but I do recommend this Hotel in gorgeous Madonna di Campiglio, fantastic skiing and mountain walking! "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. Savy and Sergio at the bar were so kind and fun! We will return next year for sure! "
