la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di restyling nelle aree comuni, mentre la camera era buona e in ordine. Pensavo di avere avuto una buon prezzo per la camera, poi ho scoperto che il visto non includeva accesso alla spa (25 euro) e piscina (20 euro), più posto auto in garage , necessario perché non ci sono alternative, parcheggio esterno completo ! Peccato, posizione ottima e colazione molto buona.

Hotel in posizione strategica. Camera "formato famiglia" molto grande con caratteristico soppalco e bagno altrettanto ampio con doppia doccia-idro e vasca idromassaggio; set di cortesia ben fornito. Ricercata e di qualità la cucina con antipasto, contorni e frutta a buffet, mentre a scelta primo, secondo e dolce tra quelli proposti dal menù del giorno; possibilità per i bambini di alternative al menù. Personale professionale, cordiale e disponibile. In estrema sintesi tutto secondo le aspettative e da consigliare.

È per noi il secondo anno che soggiorni amo presso questa struttura. Cibo buono e vario, ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro, pulito e ospitale. Si merita le 4 stelle! Si dice che non c'è il 2 senza il 3...penso torneremo nuovamente.

Ottimo per sciatori

Ottima struttura, ben posizionata proprio sotto la partenza della cabinovia Spinale, quindi perfetta per sciatori. Albergo di stile "moderno" e decisamente non di montagna ma ugualmente funzionale; tutto ok eccetto per il riscaldamento, altissimo ovunque : camera da letto, bagno, ristorante e perfino nel deposito sci, troppo caldo :-) Per il resto merita 4 stelle

Vi anlände vid 18.30, tyvärr stängde spaavdelningen redan kl 19 så det blev ett snabbt dopp bara. Hotellet erbjöd en middag för rabbaterat pris med förbestämd meny. Vi tog detta och blev djupt besvikna. Otroligt små portioner och smaklöst. Vi var hungriga efteråt - och klagade vid utcheckning som ledde till att priset sattes till 40€. Rummets AC fungerade inte. Lite fläckar här o där på en annars ganska orginell inredning. Glasruta mellan toalett/ dusch och sovrum kändes lite oprivat???

Bell'hotel a due passi dal centro. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere spaziose e pulite. Ristorante non di alto livello, con cibo in quantità scarsa, buffet di verdure e frutta veramente scarsi; buffet della colazione leggermente più accettabile. Sul sito è garantito il parcheggio gratuito e invece ci sono solo alcuni posti auto esterni con la filosofia "a chi prima arriva prima alloggia"......altrimenti il garage è a pagamento extra! Così come extra sono le piscine (dove si è mai visto!!!) delle quali abbiamo sfruttato solo per 10 min max quella piccola dei bimbi, avendo una bimba di 9 mesi (peraltro fredda) che dopo un pò ha iniziato a tremare, per la quale abbiamo pagato un extra di 12 euro a persona.....compresa la bimba!!! 36 Euro per 10-15 minuti di piscina!!! Non abbiamo acceduto nemmeno alla SPA perchè con la bimba non era possibile! Ecco, questo extra è davvero vergognoso, degno di un albergo italiano! Sicuramente non vi ritorneremo.

Very good value!

We paid 116 Euros a night for a family of four with breakfast so we were very happy. The service was nice, the balcony had a great view of the park. The design theme is kind of funny but can't beat the hotel for location. I don't think the booking was clear that the use of the swimming pool was part of the "Spa Package" 12 Euros a 'day', and a swim cap is needed, 5 Euros. There were a lot of hikers and families in the hotel. The promotion on Hotels.com said this room was normally 325 Euro, I think that it would a let down at that price. The outside bar was a bit loud, but when I mentioned it, they turned off the music, which was helpful, particularly at night when we wanted the balcony door open to get the breeze. I would stay there again. The only thing I would mention to the management is I would have liked more high-fiber, low-sugar choices at breakfast and maybe a more natural choice of juice.

Sad start to the season!

This was a last minute booking at a reduced rate as it was the first day of opening for the season. This hotel is of a strange design; not sure what it's trying to be. Not enough staff; ordered cocktails and got fruit without alcohol! Good luck I hope it gets better!!

Great location

Great location meters from the ski lift and minutes walk from the town. Not your typical ski hotel or chalet. The design is a bit different not my style but ok. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful, food good well presented but lots of fish dishes so if your like me an like fish it's good. The room we had was a bit small for 2 adults and 1 child. Wifi poor speed and limited to 4 hours per day??? So to sum it up if your looking for a hotel near the lifts this one good if your looking for a typical ski hotel, chalet the it's a no.

Good location, but thin walls

The hotel and staff was very good, but the thin walls made my stay a little disappointing. My room also faced the back, and there was quite a lot of noise from the kitchen (I guess) staff. There was no AC, so I had to choose between a warm room with closed window or noise from the open window. I didn't eat dinner there, but the breakfast was very good. The spa section was also good. I don't mind hotels with nice design features, but when the toilet seat is square it gets a little silly.

Hotel molto bello x amanti del moderno, non in stile trentino. Camera pulita e luminosa. Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione: colazione a buffet strepitosa, cena di scarse porzioni e di qualità non troppo alta, forse per la esasperata volontà di cucinare piatti insoliti e un po troppo particolari che non incontrano il piacere di tutti. Ah un appunto sul bagno: bello e perfetto l'idromassaggio, peccato che l'acqua dellla doccia era solo tiepida e nn sono stati capaci di farla funzionare!!!!

Hotel in posizione strategica, sia per l'estate che per l'inverno (di fianco all'impianto Spinale). Qualche difficoltà per il parcheggio (disponibilità offerta dall'hotel non sufficiente in relazione al numero di camere). Personale alla reception giovane ed inesperto. Le due notti del mio soggiorno sono state disturbate da ospiti piuttosto rumorosi.
