"No issues with the property at all. The area it’s in appears to be undergoing a renewal of sorts. Looks like it will be nicer in the future or at least the potential is there. "

"Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. We had participated in the homeschool conference at the Ark Encounter so it was nice staying close by. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen was nice too. I loved the keyless entry! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"If you are in town to see the Ark, there is not a better location! Beautiful quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many local restaurants and the Ark, and very comfortable house to stay in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!"

"Unit is a 5 minute easy drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Furnishings were pleasant and we had no problems at all with booking, checking in or out. Would recommend if the Ark Encounter is your main destination."

"The flat is a wonderful blend of the best of past and present. Antique furnishings and features in the living and sleeping areas are complemented by attractive modern accents. Everything we needed was available in the fully remodeled kitchen. The flat is on a busy corner, but the street noise is a minor inconvenience. We were able to walk across the Roebling Bridge to Cincinnati and enjoy the city. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property."

"It was an adventure crossing the creek after a lot of rain, but we made it! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The host was very attentive to our needs. Not every family member was prepared for the rusticness, but we had a great time nonetheless. The area is just gorgeous!"
