"Hotel is brand new, spotless and well appointed. Two issues were the aircon was incredibly loud and the hotel is next to a lot of homeless shelters so a lot of drug addicts circling the hotel."

"I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. The bed is very small and does not look like the pictures at all, just like the hotel itself. We asked to have the sheets changed, but we were told that we could change them ourselves. I find this unacceptable: I am paying for a service, not to clean a dirty room. I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. I have therefore requested a refund."
