"Great location. Subway was very easy to get to and use. 8/10 of a mile from the train station. Room is very small. And bed was very firm."

"My wife was unwell and unable to go to Breakfast. I asked for en passe emporter (which I believe is a takeaway cup) they said yes and then walked away ? I also asked for late checkout and was told £20 per hour, quite inflexible I feel !!!! We now go to stay in chambery Mercure I hope the service ..."
