LE PANORAMIQUE - Wonderful flat with balcony

Spacious apartment located in the district of Gerland, near Perrache and Confluence.
Very well equipped (kitchen with oven, large fridge, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, large flat screen TV, Internet, ..), this apartment offers a magnificent view of the Rhone with its large sliding windows.
It is equipped with 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed 160, and another with 2 single bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the maximum reception of 6 people.
Large balcony.
Free parking on the street.
Arrivals can be made at any time of the day with my keybox!

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

Our Lyon Experience was Great!

The property was perfect for our stay. We had 5 people in the apartment and there was plenty of room for us all. We used public transportation and were able to get to all the points of interest easily. The river was right across the street and there was a path along the river that was perfect for a morning jog or stroll.
