" The hotel staff were very friendly and were kind enough to speak to us in English. They even offered us options for a bath or a shower and view of the city. If you ever consider paying extra for the breakfast- do it. We were recommended the hotel for it's comfort and breakfast and it was worth it. Do try the egg station they are so so good. The staff were ever so friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and you can even check out leave your luggage safely at the hotel...

"The hotel is clean in general, and staff are nice, but we were allocated to a room that's not facing the street. We opened the windows and killed 6 mosquitos over 3 nights - at midnight as well, so sleep was really interrupted. There can be more lights in the room as well. The hairdryer was broken on the last night and the noise was so loud when in use. The room would probably be better and brighter if it's facing the street."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice room, close to excellent dining options and not a long walk to old town. Metro staion not far. Didnt try the breakfast. Only drawback, was when we asked them to pre-book a taxi as suggested the day before, the 'taxi' turned out to be an unmetered limo, that charged an exorbitant cost for a trip to the station. Not pleasant. "

"Our stay at Radisson Blu was perfection. The view is second to none, the staff from top to bottom were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and didn’t want to leave. On our next trip to Lyon, we won’t consider anywhere else to stay. "
