"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The central location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Lyon. The staff is friendly and professional and the breakfast is superb! We asked the chef to prepare omelettes and they were cooked to absolute perfection. The hotel also houses the Bocuse Institute restaurant, staffed by students in both the front and back of house. "Very nice staff and hotel facilities"

"Nice stay, location is perfect to be able to explore Lyon by foot. The staff is nice and the free coffee/snacks is always appreciated. The only downside is somewhat the design of the bathroom, doesn’t leave much room for privacy. Apart from that I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Lyon!"
