"Room had strong smell of pet urine, with an attempt to cover the smell with some sort of deodorizer. A lot of ants in the bathroom. Switch on bedside lamp didn't work, had to unscrew lightbulbs to turn off (couldn't just unplug, as lamp was plugged into a difficult to access outlet)."

"On second evening, we were both locked out of the room. Staff informed me next day, if key card near other cards (in our possession) it becomes demagnetized. Neither one of us had our key cards near other cards...i.e. in our wallets. I DO NOT appreciate paying $250.00 for a room I'm locked out of!"

"We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!"
