"The place was super nice, clean and neat, very comfortable and close to a bus station which makes easy to move in the city, super markets and restaurants a very close, minutes away walking.. it is very well located.. The owners were very nice, friendly and gave us instructions about restaurants, different activities and places to go in the city..we had a wonderful time in Firenze!!! I recommed this place!!!"

"The only thing about I complain is that they don’t tell you that u have to ho to the hotel To go get the keys for ur B&B and they only give you one key so once you leave the room r r gets shout down and the Ac takes a while to cool but besides that the room is tiny but clean bed is comfy shower is cute no shower door but it’s ok . "The apartment was very nice ... however the shower leaked all over floor which attracted ants. They sent someone to fix shower but the silicone did not work and it continued to leak. Also no one came to clean the whole week we were there, when asked we were told it cost extra. Had to ask for clean towels, and toilet paper ran out. And the bed was a bit too hard for my comfort."

"The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor. "
