"We booked two rooms for a one night family stay. The hotel is basic but had everything we needed and was comfortable. We used the restaurant in the evening and the food (pizza, wrap) was good. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. What really lifted the stay was the performance and attitude of the staff. Friendly and really helpful. Attentive at dinner and breakfast. A real effort at breakfast to keep items replenished and make sure people had what they wanted. Just before the end of breakfast staff made sure everyone knew the buffet was about to close, so they could go to get anything else they wanted. "

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting. Next time I will make sure I also make use of the pool and spa :)"
