"Checking in was easy. We arrived before our room was ready. The valet took our belongings and stored them for us so we could walk around and explore. Room was bright and clean. The flooring needs to be replaced. All staff that we met were friendly and spoke English to us as we don't speak French. "

"Great property right in Old Quebec. We left the car at the hotel and walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and very nice. My only comment would be that the tubs had very high sides making it challenging for anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of the shower. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!"

The newly renovated rooms are definitely nicer, I understand that eventually all the rooms will be done… the staff were friendly and professional and listened to our concerns and addressed them quickly. Louis-Charles was especially helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!"

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. It felt very resort like with lots of events for the kids running. We had a great time bouncing on the inflatables, swimming to live music and enjoyed the buffet. We are planning on returning. "
