"Super"

"Lovely hotel in the middle of Old Quebec City. The rooms were small but very functional. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff of this hotel are excellent."

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. "La chambre était dans un état impeccable et propre, le personnel courtois, gentil et aidant, déjeuner dans une ambiance paisible et plein de douceurs très, très délicieux et copieux. localisation parfaite et calme pour dormir."

"The Hotel room is cleaner, but the facilities are relatively old. For example, the luggage racks are no longer usable, and the front desk staff are very good."

"The hotel is very beatiful, well-maintained and has a very elegant feel. The room is so clean. Very convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The only downside was there's no elevator from the ground floor going to the hotel's lobby so it's difficult if you have to carry your luggages to the stairs. Over all we had a pleasant stay in this hotel."
