"The rooms need a proper refurbishment.. Heating not working , twin bed are of different heights … stains in the shower cubicle ., carpet stains . Staff excellent. Cleaning not to a high standard… For one night , we managed but not a 3 star standard . "

"The room was dirty , dirty pillowcase left on the floor! No cleaning done prior to our arrival No matress topper on one of the beds No replacement of toilet paper No soap refill We put our used towels to be replaced on the floor of the bathroom.. we When we came back after our day out , the DIRTY towels were replaced back on the towel rails!!! This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle and no staff on hand to help. "
