"The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday. Additionally, the villa requires you to rent a car, which would have been useful information on the listing, as taxis were far too expensive for trips to...

"Staff are absolutely brilliant. right from reception, servers, cleaners and maintenance. Very friendly, empathetic, helpful overall give staff 20/10 rating. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Food was also outstanding. Unfortunately not many Spanish dishes, which takes away from the experience. Area is lovely but be aware parking is in very short supply. Next time we will take the bus and not hire a car."

"The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Sometimes the service at meal times was a bit slow. The food was superb In general, it was a lovely stay and we got what we needed from it (rest, sun and lovely food) "

"We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent."

By the beach/sea with lovely restaurant staff!

"It’s a practical room , pretty big, with nice sofa and little fridge. The hotel is by the sea and beach, which is best thing for me. The other great thing is all the waitresses and waiters and specially the chefs ( Tony and Luis and a lady waitress I forgot her name) are so friendly and so lovely and helpful! I am here working and competing so being in a quiet, practical and relaxing place is just what I needed."
