"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. "A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended."
