"Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

"Where do I start? We had such an amazing stay! The view is unbeatable from the terrace on every floor. The pool is a perfect temperature and the jacuzzi so relaxing. The villa has everything for everyone- games room, yoga mats umbrellas, beach chairs- because the beach is just a few mins walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped- all adds up to a relaxing stay . "Our family of 5 plus my in laws stayed at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The rooms were all very clean and each had amazing views. Outdoor space was perfect for our large group. We had dinner every night outside and watched the best sunsets I have ever seen. The beach is short 10 minute walk and the town is just 10-15 minutes by car. We did day trips to Seville, Malaga, Ronda and Gibraltar."

"Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. Unfortunately they told us before we arrived there had been a Power surge which the AC and other equipment was out of service but we had fans in the rooms which helped a little. "We have just returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at Mar Vista. The name says it all. The villa has amazing views and as you would, we spent most of our time in the great pool and rear garden. The villa is very well equipped comfortable and the property owner could not be more helpful. We didn’t have a car but that’s our choice.
