We enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also very quiet and comfortable. Only problem for us was that the refrigerator is very small.

Everything about this visit was perfection. It was quiet, comfortable, safe, easy to access all parts of the city, parking was easy, parking passes provided. The shower had great water pressure, comfortable bed, linens were great. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who desires to be in Santa Monica and close to the beach!

If you like a short walk to the beach or to good cafe's, restaurants and shops...then this is the place for you. The room and bathroom felt very warm and the onsite owner/property manager (Wendy) was very accommodating and helpful.
