Limited Time Only Cozy Home in great location

This lovely home is a treasure on the edge of Studio City bordering Sherman Oaks in a walkable neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby including the new Shops at Sportsman's Lodge. Close to Universal Studios and many other sightseeing attractions. The front yard has raised beds where summer vegetables are grown as well as a beautiful patio in back with a grill, small pizza oven, 2 hammocks and firepit. The large table out back is a great place to have meals and gather to hang out with friends.

Make the most of the cooks kitchen featuring carrera marble countertops, undermount sink, gas cooktop and oven, wine cooler and Reverse Osmosis water system. It is stocked with all appliances and gadgets one needs to cook up the perfect meal including a Vitamix, Nespresso coffee maker and airfryer. The kitchen opens to the dining table in front of the large window that provides a view of lots of roses and lavender that line the fenced in front yard.

This home that comfortably fits 6 includes a large primary (king) bedroom w/private bathroom and opens up to outdoor patio. The cozy 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & the 3rd bedroom has a Cal King bed.

The backyard has a large patio with optional sliding cover on the pergola to protect yourself from the sun during the day but can open when it's cooler or at nighttime. Further back there are 2 hammocks and a firepit with seating.
