"Lugar tranquilo limpian todos los días"

"Booked a king room. My husband and I were put into a double room because “a few of the king rooms weren’t cleaned and housekeeping was gone.” We were there multiple nights. This was never corrected and we were not offered to move rooms during our multiple nights stay. No discount or anything else offered because “a double room is the same price as a king.”"
