"The swimming pool was awesome. My son had a blast"

"Almost everything was really nice. The only problem we experience was trying to get someone at the front desk to answer a phone call. The only way I was able to contact anyone was by text (the hotel sent me a text and I responded to it. I finally got someone and she told me her phone hadn't rang. I know I called several times. The TV was not working. A maintenance guy finally came about an 1/2 hour to and hour later. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it."
