"The hotel is very like a comfortable family home The day we arrived we were early and had to wait 50 mins before our room was ready but this was offset by the cosy bar off reception The receptionist was a little curt upon our arrival but as we were in no hurry i wasn't to bothered Throughout the rest of the stay all the staff were very friendly, considerate and helpful"
