"My family and I loved our stay at this charming house on the water. We were visiting family in town and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the children’s books and toys that were available, we were traveling with my 16 month old. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels and blankets, etc. Our only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t comfortable. The primary bedroom can definitely fit a king size bed. Besides that, we were very happy and would definitely there again. Close and convenient to Center Moriches town (walk to Montauk Highway) and a close drive to Westhampton and the surrounding towns. Thank you!"

"This rental had the potential for 5 stars but fell short. The host was very responsive, but that didn’t help with the poor condition (or lacking) window shades, potentially dangerous deck floorboards, and a kitchen that was lovely to look at but not equipped to actually cook and serve a large meal. Location was terrific, pool was warm (even in mid-October), but the space seemed a bit weather-worn outside, and a little tired inside, for the money. "
