I told the staff at reception about the stressful and horrible breakfast but he couldn’t care less However, the driver of the shuttle yo the airport was a 10/10. Amazing, polite and helpful. He turned a very sour experience into a more pleasant one."

"The room and common areas were in excellent condition, but they should be for the very high price. On two of the four nights, our keys didn't work, and we had to return to the front desk for replacements. They didn't email me a copy of the folio, so I had to call and ask them to send it to me, and when I got it I discovered that I was overcharged. I called the hotel accounting department and got voicemail, left a message and no one has called me back. It's been two days. I like this hotel but...
