"Had an awesome stay at Public. It’s in such a great location and the hotel has lots of amenities. Its a little noisy at night but thats pretty much anywhere in New York. Definitely will stay here again on future trips "

"The people who work here are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and fun. And kind. The hotel is clean. It’s pet-friendly, which is great for me and my cat, Josie. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is next to Herald Square, so there’s good stuff to see and eat close by, and there’s a subway to get to other good stuff to see and eat in other parts of the city, if you don’t feel like walking. I always keep my eyes and ears open when I’m in New York, but this feels like a safe neighborhood. There is a little noise from the street, but my room was pretty quiet, and I slept without interruption. "

"Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Only issue is the dinning options close very early. We alot of activities and were getting back around 7pm sometimes 8pm. Food options in the walkable area close early like 8 or 9. Not the hotels fault, but do your due diligence if you plan on getting back to your room before dinner, if you are a used to a later dinner time in vacation."

"Our room was the Executive King, it was decently sized, and shockingly quiet. I was so concerned about noise booking so close to Times Square, while our room had no view we didn’t hear any horns, sirens etc. The location is FANTASTIC, close to Broadway theaters, multiple subway stations etc. we truly enjoyed our visit."

"The room was adequate and very clean A true no frills room The bathroom was good but since we faced the street the morning noises starting about 4-5 were tough. The staff were all wonderful to work with!"

"Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé, à environ 40 minutes à pied de Times Square et à 20 minutes en métro. Le quartier de Chinatown ainsi que le pont de Brooklyn se trouvent également à proximité. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et fait tout son possible pour vous aider, même si vous ne parlez pas anglais. Les chambres sont superbes, et l’établissement se distingue par sa propreté et son confort."
