"I booked for the location with good access to subway and JFK. I was delighted with the service and the staff. The hotel delivered as described. It was v v busy with Football fans at Club World Cup, yet it worked v well and staff were v courteous. Yes as per the reviews the breakfast room was v busy but with a small bit of patience its all manageable. I would suggest a 2nd toaster that would speed things up !! However I was very satisfied with the room and service and the froendly professional staff and would recomend it and would stay again for sure. Thank you."

"This is a great hotel in a great spot. I brought my kids into the city for a little adventure and we chose to stay at Virgin NYC, and I am really happy that we did! We had an incredible view of the Empire State Building!"

"The location is perfect,the hotel is very old and needs renovation,but it was clean.The staff was very helpful and acommodating.The talkative guy with the glasses at the reception was the best.We will definitely come back."

"Honestly the location is perfect, staff are great and they are constantly cleaning. If you’re a light sleeper maybe not the beat as there is no ceiling but for me it was perfect. People need to turn their phone alarms off tho as that was insane but other than that I would absolutely stay here again. "
