"All in all a nice house, but with a very unpleasant smell coming from somewhere in the kitchen and penetrating the rest of the rooms. Freezer unusable (dirty and caked with ice). Garden overgrown. Windows in the bathroom and one bedroom wouldn't open, respectively close, properly. We informed the owner, who sent someone round, but only the bathroom window was fixed."

"This was a great property. Very close to the Earlsfield train station with easy access to Waterloo. There are three comfortable bedrooms that easily fit our family of five. We did have to supply toilet paper and soap, so the essentials were a little light, but overall would highly recommend."

"This is our second time staying at Swaby Road in Earlsfield, good cafes, pubs and some nice shops(our daughter lives around the corner) This house is charming, impeccably clean and well stocked! There is a lovely sunny sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking which we love! The bathroom is newly renovated and quite sleek! I walk one block in either direction for a good bus line and 4 blocks to the train station that connects me anywhere in London in moments! Love Swaby Road!"

"Very enjoyable house, confortable and really comfortable. The only downside is the unknown cars parked without notice on the house private parking area which is really intrusive situation and damage the house feeling sensation during our rental stay."

"The house needs some renovation but is comfortable and located in a well-connected neighborhood. The train station is 5 minutes away! Communications with the host (a company, not an individual), seemed pre-programmed. They were frequent but did not answer our questions directly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this house."
