"Lovely clean room overlooking runway. Conveniently located near a pub called the 3 magpies. Hotel staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Always stay here when flying from Heathrow."

"Front desk staff not at all warm, engaging or the least bit interested in the guests. Checking in, no hello, no good evening, no welcome to the park plaza, Checking out was the same, gentleman looked up and said, you’re good to go. No thanks for staying with us, no how was your stay. They were very disinterested. That being said, location was good. Hotel showing some signs of wear and tear. Beds comfortable, linens nice."
