"Great stay at this hotel, comfy bed with excellent amenities. I was on the ground floor and the lift was broken/out of order so getting bags up a small set of stairs was a little difficult. But overall the room and stay was great. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"My stay was lovely. The staff was courteous and helpful. I did change rooms bc the first room was too small. The breakfast was plentiful but the coffee is awful. I did ask for a cappuccino and that was lovely. Just ask for an americano if you want coffee."
