This was a terrible experience. I had an on-flight delay from my airlines due to a jet stream and by the time we landed the check-in was no longer available (it was 9:30pm at night) which left my female friend, me (also female and my 6-month-old baby stranded in the streets of London at night. I couldn't tell them we were delayed because it was IN the air! EasyJet does not have wifi. They offered no refund or any help. Not even for us to check in the next morning. So, there is no accommodation and no apologies or compensation. Not to mention how unsafe that was. And I was with a baby! And speaking of the baby? They made me pay for a crib separately. No refund seen for that either. Hotels.com was easy to get ahold of but ultimately couldn't do anything. This was my last booking with this service. I am currently filing claims with my financial institution, the airlines, and Hotels.com. DON'T stay here. I wish I was exaggerating or overreacting. But I am not.
