"The family room was small. We stayed across the street from the lobby and the trains seemed right underneath you and kept banging together all night long it seemed and difficult to get good nights sleep. If we stayed here again I would make sure our room is in the main building but not sure that would make any difference as it is very close to Victoria station which is very convenient and the reason we choose it. Would do much more investigating next time. Staff were very pleasant."
"Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr abgenutzt, altbacken und auch sehr staubig. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, keine Lampen am Bett und nur einen sehr schmalen Schrank für 4 Personen. Das Zimmer wäre dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab nur eine extrem grelle Kaltlichtlampe an der Decke in der Raummitte, was ziemlich unbehaglich wirkte."
"It was a hot summer day there was no AC in the room , squeaky floors. At 11am sharp the housekeeping staff started banging on the door despite a dnd sign on the doorknob and my having advised the night before I would be checking out at 12 and I was told
No problems! When I complained to reception they just said sorry and nothing else …."
"Not a bad place but no A/C but they had fans to give you the water in the shower was really hot and took along time to cool down. No restaurants on site only for breakfast. Staff was very helpful with directions and ideas to do eat."
"Room was very neat and staff friendly, however there were flys all over the room, I had spent the first 15 minutes of my stay killing flys all around the room."
