"If you need a basic accommodation close to the airport with as good a price as one can find, this is your spot! But lower your expectations a bit. The receptionist was friendly and smiling upon check in, which went very smooth. The traffic noise is a bit much, but again, if you just want a basic place to sleep, this is a good option in the area. Water pressure in the shower was good, and the room was very clean. The window blinds could use some repair as anyone from the parking lot could walk up and peek right into my room with the broken slats. I was too tired to care or complain. The continental breakfast was quite the show. When I came down to eat, some guy already dumped the entire bucket of waffle batter all over the floor and was trying to clean up the giant puddle with very little success. The coffee was criminally bad. The croissants looked like last month’s batch, and the cereal wasn’t gonna do it for me either. Everyone started showing up and rifling through the limited options and crowded the whole dining area so I just went to the BK next door for breakfast. The woman at the front desk and the airport shuttle service is 10/10 though! Good luck everybody."

"Good location, just a short walk (about 5mins) from Jamaica Airtrain, LIRR or the subway. Nice warm breakfast served. Rooms are modern and clean. Enjoyed the free flow coffee, tea and water provided at the reception."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"

"Terrible experience. Floor smelled like weed. Bug in my shower. Yelling and fighting at 2am in the hall way for over an hour. Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL "
