"This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the falls. It is within 1 block of the state park and falls. It is surrounded by great shops, churches, restaurants, e-scooters, e-bikes, arcades, escape rooms and all sorts of entertainment. The hotel is clean and full of friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The bar has great drinks and appetizers that hold you over between meals. Warren and Angelo were kind, helpful, and had me laughing and smiling throughout our stay. The hotel is pet friendly, too!"

"I live in the Buffalo area and have stayed overnight at this hotel twice when taking a 6 AM flight. The hotel is very convenient, clean, staff are friendly and I appreciate the 24/7 shuttle to the airport."

"Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here. My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms. It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit! "

"It’s a solid hotel and seemed like one of the better options in the area. The rooms are a bit small but overall a very positive experience and would recommend to a friend. Didn’t have a chance to visit the in-hotel restaurant, but it seemed nice & menu options looked very good as well."
