Any quibbles about finding the place and the car park are to be expected in such a place, follow the instructions to the letter and it's fine. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"
